How do I prepare for my first dental visit?

Please fill out our new patient forms Medical Dental & Office Policies online If you have dental insurance please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment so we can input it into our system.

Do you provide walk-in treatments?

We do not provide walk-in service but if you call us with a dental emergency, we will try our best to fit you into the schedule the same day.

Will my insurance cover all cosmetic and general dental treatments?

There are over one hundred insurance plans in Canada, and everyone is different. We provide direct billing and will submit a pre-authorization for work to be completed on your behalf as a service to you as a patient of ours. It is ultimately up to you to know your dental benefit maximum and the coverage on the plan.

Can you wear temporary dentures while implants are healing?

If the immediate stability of the implant is not high enough to secure a fixed prothesis you can continue to wear a set of temporary dentures until the implants integrate enough to attach.

How many teeth can be replaced with dental implants?

Anywhere between single tooth replacement options to full mouth reconstruction can be completed with dental implants.

What do I have to do if I have a dental emergency?

Does dental insurance cover cosmetic dentistry?

Cosmetic procedures are rarely covered under dental insurance plans. If you wish to have cosmetic work done, we can send a pre-authorization request to your insurance plan, and they will provide you with a breakdown of the coverage for your appointment.
