Always start with the top teeth for esthetics! This lady had an existing Complete Upper Denture, and a lower partial denture attached to lower teeth in very poor condition. A new complete upper denture was made to improve esethics, followed by an implant supported complete lower denture. The result is a beautiful smile and vastly improved function with excellent long-term predictability.
