We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, we will make every attempt to see you that day.

Appointments

Our staff at the SDC works very hard at keeping on schedule, as we know your time is valuable.  We ask that you arrive on time so we can be punctual for our following appointments.

Dental emergencies that require immediate attention may at times disrupt the schedule.  We will inform you as early as possible if your scheduled time is altered and accommodate you as best we can. 

Cancellation Policy

We require 2 working days notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments.  Short-notice cancellations, “no-shows” or late arrivals may be subject to a cancellation fee.
